Gantry palletizer is a highly automated and integrated palletizing device. Its main structure resembles a “gate”-shaped gantry frame, consisting of two uprights and a crossbeam. The structure is stable and can cover a large working area. Through a control system, it drives mechanical grippers (such as vacuum suction cups or mechanical claws) to move left and right along the crossbeam and up and down along the uprights, precisely grasping goods and neatly stacking them on pallets according to a preset palletizing method and number of layers.
