This issue is usually caused by temperature, pressure, or cleanliness. First, check if the temperature is sufficient (PE film requires 180-200℃) and ensure adequate preheating time. Second, check if the pressure of the cold-press rollers is uniform, and adjust the springs if necessary. Finally, be sure to clean the heating plate and blades daily, and wipe the aluminum ring sealing groove with a damp cloth weekly to prevent impurities from affecting the sealing effect.

Is the machine malfunctioning?
